You collect a small at-home micro-sample using the guided kit, no clinic visit and no traditional blood draw. The whole process takes just a few minutes from anywhere.
No. Orders are reviewed by an independent physician on your behalf, so you can get started without booking your own appointment first.
It happens. If a sample can't be processed, we'll send a replacement kit so you can re-collect at no extra cost.
Yes, the Family Plan covers up to four members, each with their own kit, dashboard, and personalized insights.
Turnaround Time
Most clinical biomarker results are delivered to your Harmonee dashboard within a few business days of the lab receiving your sample. Genetic and epigenetic panels take longer to process.
You'll get a status update in the app at each step, shipped, received by the lab, and results ready.
Processing time is set by the accredited lab partners and isn't currently expedited, but your dashboard keeps you updated the entire way.
Privacy
Only you and the licensed professionals involved in reviewing your results. Your data is never sold.
Yes. Harmonee operates with HIPAA-compliant handling of your health information.
Samples are handled under accredited-lab chain-of-custody procedures and disposed of according to laboratory standards after analysis.
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your settings.
HSA Eligibility
Testing is generally HSA/FSA eligible. We provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your administrator.
Most members don't, but requirements vary by plan administrator. We can provide documentation to support your claim if needed.
You can pay with any card and submit the itemized receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
