1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, contact details, billing information, and the biological samples you submit for testing. We also collect health data generated from laboratory analysis, including clinical biomarkers, genetic data, and epigenetic measurements.
We automatically collect limited technical data when you use the Harmonee app or website, such as device type and usage activity, to keep the service secure and functioning.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process your tests, deliver results to your dashboard, generate personalized insights, provide customer support, and improve the platform. Health data is used to power your individual results and recommendations.
We do not sell your personal information or health data to third parties.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and analytics tags) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and keep the service secure. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage so we can improve the experience.
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to sell your personal information, and tracking data is never combined with your health data for advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the site will continue to work with non-essential cookies disabled.
4. HIPAA & Health Data Protection
Harmonee operates with HIPAA-compliant handling of your protected health information. Access is limited to you and the licensed professionals and accredited lab partners involved in processing and reviewing your results.
5. Data Security
We protect your information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to personal and health information is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, protected by role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
Our systems are monitored for unauthorized access, and we review our security practices regularly. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only with accredited laboratory partners and service providers necessary to deliver the service, with licensed professionals reviewing your results, or where required by law. All partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your settings.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy
If you opt in to text messages from Harmonee Health (Harmonee LLC), we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record (date, time, and source of opt-in). We use this information only to send you the messages you signed up for: account and order notifications, test results, appointment, coaching, and webinar reminders, and occasional announcements and offers.
We do not share, sell, or rent SMS opt-in data or phone numbers collected for text messaging to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at support@harmonee.health. See our Terms & Conditions at harmonee.health/terms-condition for full SMS program terms.
