We use your information to process your tests, deliver results to your dashboard, generate personalized insights, provide customer support, and improve the platform. Health data is used to power your individual results and recommendations.

We do not sell your personal information or health data to third parties.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and analytics tags) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and keep the service secure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your settings.

9. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

If you opt in to text messages from Harmonee Health (Harmonee LLC), we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record (date, time, and source of opt-in). We use this information only to send you the messages you signed up for: account and order notifications, test results, appointment, coaching, and webinar reminders, and occasional announcements and offers.

We do not share, sell, or rent SMS opt-in data or phone numbers collected for text messaging to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
