1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Harmonee Health services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not Medical Advice

Harmonee provides health information and wellness insights for educational purposes. The service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Testing is not available in all jurisdictions and may be restricted by local regulations.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

BioStack plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Sample Collection & Testing

You are responsible for following collection instructions accurately. If a sample cannot be processed, we will provide a replacement kit. Laboratory turnaround times are set by accredited lab partners and may vary.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use results to make decisions affecting others without appropriate professional guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmonee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. SMS Text Messaging Program

Harmonee Health (Harmonee LLC) operates an SMS text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or webinar registration form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Harmonee Health. Message types include account and order notifications (test kit shipped, sample received, results ready), appointment, coaching, and webinar reminders, and occasional announcements and offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@harmonee.health. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the SMS program. Carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or rent SMS opt-in data or phone numbers collected for text messaging to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
